Our mission is to provide US Veterans comprehensive workforce training programs to develop the Knowledge, Skills and Abilities necessary to apply for the employment opportunities in the build-out of the US Semiconductor Industry, in alignment with the goals of the US CHIPS Act
Working with key semiconductor supply chain organizations, spanning IDMs, Fabless, Assembly, Testing & Packaging, the CHIPforce Alliance will develop company-specific training / certification programs to create applicants with the appropriate KSA to meet their future workforce needs.
Beyond technology training targeted at the developing the key KSAs for employment in the semiconductor industry, as detailed by our Alliance Partners, CHIPforce tackles the cultural, social, and psychological aspects of veteran transition, offering a sense of national mission and purpose akin to the Space Program, reinforcing our industry’s vital role in global competitiveness and national security.
